Animated Shimmer Banner
People were asking for SHIMMER banners to place in the sidebars of their blogs or Websites. The previous banners were too wide for that, 468×60. I made two new banners, 190 wide by 400 high; one is animated, the other is not. The animated version is displayed in this post; the non-animated version uses the first frame. You can find them here:
