For my last three books (Wither’s Rain<\/a>, Wither’s Legacy<\/a> and now Kindred Spirit<\/a>), I’ve held a contest for my fans to win an Advanced Reader Copy (ARC or bound galley) of my books. This contest was, by far, the toughest one to judge. Not only were there more entries than for the past books, but the entries were even more creative and enthusiastic.<\/p>\n

For the final cut, I chose a few prior winners who followed through on their promised promotional plans. I chose a few couples because it was a way to reward four fans with only two galleys. And the rest were chosen for their creative plans and their stated enthusiasm for my books. Of course, I’m hoping the winners will enjoy KINDRED SPIRIT enough to put that creativity and enthusiasm out there — in the real world and on the Internet.<\/p>\n
